10月9日-10日，杭州师范大学在恕园3号楼大厅迎来疫情过后第一批来自世界各国的国际学生们。此次开学迎新，国际教育学院再次开启“一站式”报到服务，为国际学生顺利完成入学手续提供了便利。
On 9th and 10th October, Hangzhou Normal University welcomed the first batch of international students from all over the world after the epidemic in the hall of No.3 building of Shuyuan. The School of International Education once again launched the "one-stop" service to facilitate the smooth completion of the enrolment procedures for international student.
为使新的报到服务顺利开展，国际教育学院联合校计财处、后勤服务集团等部门，以及学院各职能处室共同为国际学生提供了明确且快捷的报到体验。新生只需在学院大厅就可以完成注册报到、学费缴纳、分班考试、宿舍挑选、手机卡办理、银行卡咨询、医疗保险购买等诸多流程。
In order to make the new check-in service run smoothly, the School of International Education, together with the Financial Department, the Logistics Service Group and other departments, as well as affiliated offices of SIE provided a clear and fast check-in experience for international students. The students could complete many processes such as registration, tuition payment, language test, dormitory selection, mobile phone card application, bank card consultation, medical insurance purchase and so on just in the lobby.
久违的国际学生报到现场井然有序，气氛热烈，在工作人员和国际学生志愿者的引导下，新生们免去了学生来回奔波，一系列手续所需时长也由原来的近一周缩短到了半天，大大提高了效率。
The long-awaited international students reported to the site in an orderly and warm atmosphere, under the guidance of staff and international student volunteers, the new students are exempted from running back and forth, a series of procedures required by the original nearly a week shortened to half a day, greatly improving the efficiency.
本次国际学生“一站式”报到服务，不仅体现了学校面向国际学生群体的“最多跑一次”服务理念，也为国际学生们提供了一个相互熟悉的交流平台。由在校生组成的国际学生志愿者服务队，全称参与此次新生报到过程，帮助初到中国的学生顺利开启在杭州师范大学的求学之路。

来自泰国的语言生琳琳说：终于又可以回到杭师大学习汉语了，再次看到了老师们很高兴，2020年寒假一别竟然就是三年。太久没有使用汉语了，现在回来我要努力学习。
Linlin, a language student from Thailand, said, "I can finally come back to Hangzhou Normal University to study Chinese again, and I am very happy to see the teachers again. It's amazing that it's been three years since I left in 2020 during the winter holidays. It's been too long since I've used Chinese, so I'm going to study hard now.
2023级印度尼西亚籍本科生NELSON 完成了所有新生报到手续以后，感叹这样的报到非常方便，老师和工作人员们态度也很友好。希望能在杭师大开启美好的四年学习之旅。
NELSON, an Indonesian undergraduate student of the class of 2023, after completing all the procedures of new student registration, he exclaimed that it was very convenient to report to the university, and the teachers and staffs were also very friendly. I hope to start a wonderful four-year study journey in Hangzhou Normal University.
在校生阿根廷籍国际学生志愿者孙佑，参加了两天的新生报到志愿者服务工作。他说：“能帮助新同学们顺利进入杭师大学习，我感到很高兴。这两天我也和不同国家的学生进行了交流，希望今后都能成为好朋友。”
