国际教育学院简介

　　杭州师范大学国际教育学院始建于2008年，主要负责学校国际学生的招收与培养。既有本科生教育，也接收语言进修生、高级进修生、访问学者和组织各类短期汉语培训及中国文化体验项目。自1993年招收国际学生以来，先后有韩国、美国、埃及、日本、俄罗斯、澳大利亚、比利时、墨西哥、苏丹、土耳其、塔吉克斯塔、吉尔吉斯斯坦等60多个国家和地区6000多名国际学生来校学习。目前有400余名留学生在校就读。学院拥有一支具有博士学历，教学经验丰富的对外汉语教学团队。

　　国际教育学院坚持走特色建设之路，以文化自信为指针，努力构建“两个基地一个中心一个平台”的教育格局，即“一带一路”沿线国家国际学生汉语教育基地，国际学生中国文化体验基地，中韩文化交流中心以及杭州市外籍教师服务平台。

　　学院始终坚持以人为本，不断提高人才培养质量。强化人才培养的中心地位，按照“基础扎实、人格健全、具有社会适应能力和发展潜力”的目标培养创新型国际人才。国际学生实行小班教学，因人施教，凸显以学生为本的教育理念。对学生进行系统化、规范化、制度化管理，提供全方位、人性化服务。

　　学院积极开展中外学生间的交流活动，举办丰富多彩的学生课外活动，组织主题鲜明的中国文化体验系列活动和教学实践活动。“国际学生中华文化体验”、“国际文化节”、“国际学生活动进杭州市中小学”、“国际学生杭州茶文化体验”“缤纷五洲 和而不同”国际学生论坛等活动，深受国际学生喜爱。

　　学院拥有一流的教学环境与设施，2013年投入使用的国际教育学院综合体，设有多媒体语言教室、国际学术报告厅、自主学习中心、图书资料室、国际学生成长指导中心、多功能厅等设施。综合体内设有国际学生公寓，为国际学生提供了便捷、舒适、安全，贴心的服务。

　　学院将进一步坚持扩大规模，提高层次，保证质量，规范管理的原则，推进特色发展、创新发展和可持续发展，为把学院建设成为“特色鲜明、汉语国际教育成效显著、教育培养质量一流的学院”而努力奋斗。

A Brief Introduction to the School of International Education

       The School of International Education of Hangzhou Normal University first established in 2008, is responsible for the recruitment management and training of international students. It provides not only academic education for undergraduates, but also language learners, advanced learners, visiting scholars and various short-term Chinese training and Chinese cultural experience programs. Since 1993, more than 6000 international students from more than 60 countries and regions, including South Korea, the United States, Egypt, Japan, Russia, Australia, Belgium, Mexico, Sudan, Turkey, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, have come to study in the University. At present, there are more than 400 international students are attending school. The School boasts a strong teaching faculty of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and all of the teaching faculties are of doctoral degrees and rich teaching experiences.

       The School adheres to the principal of building itself with characteristics. With cultural confidence as its guideline, it endeavors to establish an educational framework of "Two Bases, One Center and One Platform", namely, the International Students’ Chinese Culture Education Base along the Chinese Cultural Experience Base, the Chinese Language Education Base for the International Students’ from the "Belt and Road" countries, the China-Korean Culture Exchange Center and the Hangzhou Foreign Teachers' Service Center platform.

       The School always adheres to the principle of student-oriented and constantly improves the teaching quality. It further strengthens the central position of students’ training, and cultivates innovative international talents in accordance with the objective of "solid foundation, sound personality, social adaptability and development potential". International students are taught in small classes according to their own aptitude, highlighting the concept of student-oriented education. It aims at managing the running of the school systematically, normatively and systemically, and providing all-round and humanized services for the international education.

       The School actively carries out exchange activities between Chinese and international students, holds rich and colorful extracurricular activities for the international students, and organizes series of activities and teaching practice activities with distinct themes of Chinese cultural experience. "International Students' Experience of Chinese Culture", "International Culture Festival", "International Students’ Activities Entering Hangzhou Primary and Secondary Schools", "International Students' Experience of Hangzhou Tea Culture", "Colorful Five Continents, Harmony in Diversity" International Students Forum and other activities are welcomed and adored by the international students.

       The School is equipped with first-class teaching facilities. Within the School of International Education Complex, which was put into use in 2013, there are multimedia language classrooms, International Academic Lecture Hall, Students’ Independent Learning Center, Reference Room, International Students’ Growth Guidance Center, Multi-functional Hall and other facilities. International students’ dormitories are in the complex, which provides international students lots of conveniences, comfort, security and consideration.

       The School will further adhere to the principle of expanding the scale, improving the teaching quality, ensuring the quality and standardizing the management, promote its further development with characteristics, innovative development and sustainable development, and strive to build the School into a school with distinctive characteristics and remarkable achievements in international Chinese language education and first-class school of international education.
