国别双边项目是根据中国与有关国家政府、机构、学校以及国际组织等签订的教育合作与交流协议或达成的共识提供的全额奖学金或部分奖学金。此项目可招收本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生、普通进修生以及高级进修生。申请人应向所在国留学生派遣部门提出申请。
杭州师范大学接收中国政府奖学金国别双边项目的申请者，资助对象为本科生、硕士研究生、普通进修生（包括来华学习一学期或者一学年汉语的学生）和高级进修生。
申请受理机构
各国留学生派遣部门，申请中将杭州师范大学作为志愿学校，杭州师范大学不直接接受申请。
申请时间
1. 一般为1月初至4月初。具体时间请向本国留学生派遣部门查询。
2. 申请预录取通知者，必须先登录https://international.hznu.edu.cn/isms/other/login?PID=208&SID=229，完整填写信息后，符合条件的申请者，学校将在5个工作日内发送《杭州师范大学预录取通知书》。
3. 杭州师范大学招生机构代码为10346。

Chinese Government Scholarship-Bilateral Program
Chinese Government Scholarship -the Bilateral Program includes a full or partial scholarship established by MOE in accordance with educational exchange agreements or consensus between Chinese government and governments of other countries, institutions, universities or international organizations.
The Bilateral Program supports undergraduate students, graduate students, general scholars and senior scholars. Applicants may consult the dispatching authorities of the home country for the categories available.
Hangzhou Normal University accepts applicants sponsored by this scholarship, including undergraduate students, graduate students, general scholars (including students for one semester or one academic year’s Chinese language programs)and senior scholars.
How to Apply
Applicants may apply to the dispatching authorities for overseas study of the home country and select Hangzhou Normal University as the target university. However, applicants must note that Hangzhou Normal University does NOT directly accept the application.
When to Apply
1. It is required to apply between early January and early April each year. Applicants may consult the dispatching authorities for the specific deadline of each year.
2. Applicants who ask for pre-admission letters MUST first log on the online Hangzhou Normal University Application System.
